When you book a service (consultation) with Sara, then the following terms and conditions apply. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions. Please note that, by proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing to and accepting all the terms and conditions set out below.
Furthermore, please note that these Terms and Conditions are subject to review and may be updated from time to time. It is therefore your responsibility to familiarise yourself with any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Booking Arrangements
 
Phone Consultations
When booking a phone consultation with Sara, please provide your preferred landline or mobile number, and your email address. This enables your booking to then be confirmed by text and/or email. You will also receive a reminder by text/email the day before your session.
At the time of your consultation via mobile phone, Sara will text you first, to check that you are ready. After receiving your confirmation text, she will call you.
For phone consultations via landline, Sara will call you at the time of your consultation.
 
Online Video Consultations
Online consultations are provided via Zoom. If you would prefer another method, then please contact Sara to see if this alternative method is possible. The same booking procedures and conditions apply to online consultations as for phone consultations given above. Please log in and join the online meeting at the time of your appointment. You will see that you are in a ‘waiting room’, and Sara will then admit you to begin your session.
By booking an online Zoom consultation, you confirm that it is your responsibility to check for updates and to have a working version of the Zoom app before your consultation so that you are ready when your consultation begins.
 
Fees, Rates, and Payment
 
Fees and Rates
Sara provides all consultations on an hourly fee basis, with additional time being charged pro-rata in 15-minute increments. The session is able to go overtime for 10 minutes at Sara’s discretion. If you go over by 15 minutes, then you agree that you will pay for these additional 15 minutes at the applicable pro rata hourly rate.
 
The pro rata rate is triggered every 15 minutes, to a maximum of 1 additional hour. Therefore, if your reading goes over by 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes, then you agree that you will pay for whole of the additional fee. Additional fees are payable either by card, bank transfer, or invoice.
 
Payment
When booking online, then payment can be made with card, or with Paypal.
When booking directly with Sara, then payment can be made with card, by bank transfer, or invoice. You agree that you will make payment several days before your session. If you book at short notice, then payment is required with card. For all bank transfers, payment is required at least 48 hours before your appointment time to allow the transfer to be received.

Important Notice

When appropriate, Sara may record a session with the client’s prior consent. However, recordings may at times not be appropriate or beneficial as they can prevent or hinder the highest flow of connections, healing, and transformation.

Sara supports sessions with unconditional love and respect, and creates a sacred space for clients that facilitates the spirit and soul connections, and enables the greatest and highest potentials to come forwards. Sacred space is a place where all is allowed, accepted, and honoured, unconditionally, and where all things can be witnessed, safe in the knowledge that all is fully embraced in unconditional love. 

 

The privacy and confidentiality of all that happens in session is assured. Knowing and trusting that privacy is maintained helps to enhance the flow of communication, connection, and information for clients, from spirit, and from loved ones in spirit.

 

Clients are requested to kindly refrain from recording their session to support sacred space and to avoid disappointment and the potential closing of spirit communication, guidance, and connections.

 
Fee for Audio Recording with Zoom and Phone
There is a $20 fee for all audio recordings provided by Sara to cover additional time and administrative costs.
 
Consultation Timing, Attendance, and Changes
Timing
Please be aware that there may be times when Sara is slightly delayed joining you for your session due to the timing of the session before yours. Please therefore allow up to 10 minutes for Sara to join you. She allows for time between sessions, yet sometimes more time may be required. If Sara is delayed joining you for your session, then she will take all reasonable measures to provide you with the full session time you have booked.
 
Late Attendance
If you are running late for your consultation, then please advise Sara as soon as possible via text or phone call so that she knows you will be attending. If you are up to 10 minutes late, then the full session time will be provided. IF you are more than 10 minutes late, then Sara will not be able to provide the full session time, and your session will be reduced by the amount of time you are late. There is no refund for time missed due to your late arrival.
 
If you miss most of your consultation because you are running late, then you are welcome to have the remainder of the time of your session. You are also welcome to book a new consultation time. However, no refund will be given for your missed time, and you will need to book and pay for the new consultation in full.
 
Non-Attendance
There is no refund for not attending your session. You are, however, welcome to reschedule and pay for a new consultation.
 
Changing Your Session Time
If Sara needs to change your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, then she will let you know as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time.
If you need to change your session time due to unforeseen circumstances, then please let Sara know 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time to avoid the 100% cancellation fee. To rearrange your session, please contact Sara by email, phone, or text. There is no refund if you contact Sara less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
 
Change of Mind
There is no refund for change of mind. However, you are welcome to rearrange your session to another day and time.
 
Getting the Best from Your Consultation
Respect and Awareness
Please be respectful of Sara’s time and of her intuitive and mediumistic connections. Sara provides a wealth of information and accuracy and brings many decades of experience to your session. You hereby confirm that you will respect Sara’s time and the assistance that she brings.
 
Your Questions
If you have specific questions that you would like Sara to look into, then she recommends that that you let her know about these at the beginning of your consultation. There is no guarantee that these questions will be answered as the guidance may bring forward other matters that are relevant to your situation and therefore need to be addressed at the time.
 
Extending Consultations
Session Duration
Sara is able to provide 5 – 10 minutes of additional time at the end of your session before her next session begins, if she feels that this is necessary and appropriate. This is provided at her discretion to a maximum of 10 minutes.
 
Extending Your Consultation
If you would like to extend your session when you have reached the end of your time and this is convenient for Sara, or Sara has more guidance and information coming through and you would like to receive this, then the extended time will be payable following the session either with card, bank transfer, or invoice. Please let Sara know your preferred method of payment when the session is concluded.
 
If you would like to extend your time and there is no additional time available, then please let Sara know and she will help you arrange a time for a follow-up session.
 
The Healing Response
Following a consultation there can be times when the body’s natural healing response can lead to symptoms of a cold with runny nose, headaches, body aches, and digestive changes as the body cleanses and clears itself of congestion thanks to increased blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and elimination from the digestive system. This healing response usually lasts for a short while and is then followed by beneficial improvements such as greater wellbeing, clarity, and comfort. It cannot be known in advance if you will experience this healing response as it is the result of your body’s own healing system, factors and situations in your life, the choices you made in your life, and the choices you made before, during, and after the consultation. Sara is not responsible for your body’s healing response, and she is not able to control or alter this response and how long it lasts.
 
The Emotional Journey
Sara does her best to provide guidance in ways that are gentle and caring. At the same time, she is aware that some information can feel very direct, and some can be deeply moving and highly emotional to receive. These emotions can be flowing for you, as well as for the person in spirit.
 
These deeply connected times can be filled with healing, love, and beauty, and bring tears as well. Please rest assured that this is a very natural and normal response. Sara provides extra time and gentleness during these times, as she knows how much the emotional flow can ease your heart, help the loving connection flow, and bring healing, both for you and for the person in spirit.
 
Home and Business Energy Clearing
Many factors are involved in a Home or Business Energy Clearing, and you accept that Sara cannot guarantee that all energies will be cleared and aligned because there can be factors and influences occurring that are outside of Sara’s control. Many energy adjustments are immediate however the integration process can require several days, and this is outside of Sara’s control. Sara will tune in regularly during the time of the integration process to check on progress and does not charge a fee for these progress checks.
 
Not all factors and influences within, under, and around a property can be known in advance and therefore it is important to keep an open mind. You accept that outcomes and the timeframe required for a Home or Business Energy Clearing to be achieved can differ and that a lot depends upon each individual property, its construction, location, history, land influences in, under, and around the property, and its current occupants, tenants, visitors, neighbours, and area. Therefore, you agree and accept that Sara may need to walk, stand, or drive outside of your property in the process of carrying out your Home or Business Energy Clearing.
 
A Home or Business Energy Clearing is followed by a time of energy adjustment and energy integration and once she has finished the energy clearing, Sara will provide you with your estimated time frame, however, the amount of time required can vary as it depends upon many factors and influences that cannot be known in advance.
 
Sara provides a 4-hour package rate which is usually suitable for a 3-bedroom home with 3 -4 family members, or a small to medium business with 2 – 6 people. Sometimes more factors, energies, influences, and people in spirit come forward during an energy clearing than anticipated, in which case Sara will need to extend the time so that she can complete the energy clearing for you. In this case, she will contact you at the time to let you know what she has found, provide an estimate of the additional time and fee involved, recommend when is best to complete the clearing, and to receive your agreement to go ahead, or not. Additional time is charged at the hourly rate for home or business clearing and at the pro rata hourly rate for each additional 15 minutes.
 
In some cases there can be very many different influences in, under, and around a property that are revealed during an energy clearing and that these can be so substantial that further clearing needs to be arranged on subsequent days. This cannot be known in advance and particularly though not always applies to larger properties. If this is the case with your property then Sara will contact you at the time to let you know what she has found, provide an estimate of the additional time and fee involved, recommend when is best to complete the clearing, and to receive your agreement to go ahead, or not
 
Please note that ideally during a Home or Business Energy Clearing, the property needs to be vacated for the duration of the clearing and then stand empty for 2 hours or more afterwards. Having the property vacant for this amount of time allows the energies to transform, align, and integrate quietly and gently. Therefore, and depending upon your preference, please arrange for Sara to collect and drop off the keys from a safe place or time her access around when you are nearby the property. If weekdays and Saturdays are not convenient then a Sunday can be arranged at a slightly higher hourly fee.

Your Home or Business Energy Clearing includes a debrief that helps to bring you awareness of the influences and history of your premises.
 
Home and Business Energy Clearing Report
If you would like a full written report of your Home or Business Energy Clearing, then please let Sara know beforehand. The fee for a report is generally $300, however a report for an extended Home and Business Clearing is $400 to $600.
 
A report helps you to support your home environment and business premises by providing details of the main points of the energy clearing, the souls involved, and a to-do list of any actions that you need to take as part of the Energy Clearing to help stabilise and improve energy flow. Your involvement in this is highly important as, by taking the recommended actions, you are empowering yourself and the energy clearing. Therefore, when you book your Home or Business Energy Clearing you agree and accept that you will take the recommended actions as soon as possible and to the best of your ability, and you further recognise that not taking these actions could delay, reduce, or otherwise influence the outcomes in ways that could make it less effective and long-lasting.

All Consultations
Sara reserves the right to end any consultation if she deems it would be in her client’s or her highest and best interest. Sara Walker reserves the right to refuse to provide a consultation for anyone deemed either mentally or physically unfit, or if they are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
 
Disclosure
When you book a consultation, Sara is happy for you to provide only your first name. In this way, you can be reassured that the information, people in spirit, answers, insights, and guidance that she provides to you during a consultation are being received directly through her clairvoyant, mediumship, intuitive, and psychic abilities.
 
If you are required to provide your surname when booking, then Sara does not research or perform any enquiries on social media at any stage before your consultation. Sara prefers to conduct session this way because this ensures that the reading is clear from the beginning, and the information and messages are able to come through with no prior knowledge or information.
 
Your Details
You agree to provide your surname, email address, and phone number if necessary at the time of booking so that Sara can contact you before the session, if required, and to help with the smooth running of bookings. Sara also uses your details to keep an accurate record of your booking, to contact you via email, phone, or text message regarding subsequent consultations, to add you to her emailing list for occasional newsletters, and to let you know about her services and offerings. Sara maintains the confidentiality and privacy of your details. If you do not wish to be contacted by Sara, then please let her know at the time of your session, or by email here or at contact@sarawalker.com.au.
